Alice L Haltom Educational Foundation is sponsoring its
3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off. Proceeds
from this event go toward scholarships to post-graduate
educational opportunities in the field of Records and
Information Management.
Information Network International’s dynamic team, (TexMont
Trail Ride Chili Cookers) has won the 1st
place trophy for “Showmanship” each of the 1st
two years. This Championship Team will be back again
this year featuring its savory Chili Recipe,
prepared from scratch, in an authentic “Ole West”
atmosphere around the fire ring, reminiscent of a day of
cookin’ around fire with “Ole Cookie and his chuck wagon
crew.”
Join us from 8:00 AM – 3 PM for Chili samples, music,
children’s activities and relaxation.
