Linda Mercer, President and Principal Consultant

Ms. Mercer, who founded the company's predecessor in 1982, establishes and oversees fulfillment of corporate goals and objectives. She directs the software development team and consults with clients on records management needs.

Ms. Mercer was President of ARMA Houston in 1998-99. During her tenure, the chapter earned ARMA International's very-large Chapter of the Year award and she initiated the chapter's Highlighting Literacy for Kids campaign. In 2000, she was named as the recipient of the Frances Chartier Mentor Award to acknowledge her contribution to the development of records management professionals. Linda graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979.

Barbara A. Mercer, Vice-President and Principal Consultant
Ms. Mercer joined the company in 1993. She consults with clients on records management needs and technologies and develops technical resources. She specializes in process design, audit control, electronic information management integration, and accounting and financial reporting standards.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mercer gained extensive business experience over a fifteen-year period, which included serving as a large accounting firm's staff auditor and as a computer trainer. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1980.

Jim Dixon, Records Systems Consultant
Mr. Dixon, who joined the company in 2000, provides records consulting services to clients and is a member of the company's marketing and management team. He is an active member of ARMA Houston, has made numerous presentations at ARMA chapter meetings and conferences, and was President of ARMA El Paso in 1998-99.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dixon consulted with clients engaged in providing imaging and storage services and an earlier banking career progressed to a senior vice president appointment, which included records compliance officer duties. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas-El Paso in 1973.
