The Honorable Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, announces that InSight Automated Records Management Systems is now installed in the Offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County.  Clerk Brown set forth goals to “process files effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner at all stages of the record’s life cycle.” To meet these goals, a decision was made to upgrade the file search, retrieval and tracking process with the software product known as InSight Automated Records Management Systems.  InSight is being implemented at the Records Center for file maintenance, and is being piloted in the Law and County Divisions for file requests.
