InSight
Automated Records Management System is a
flexible, off-the-shelf solution for managing
records, library materials, and assets. It may be
installed in single or multi-user configurations for
small, medium, and large organizations. Microsoft
Access, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases are
supported.
Managing the records life cycle is one of the most
challenging aspects of records management. InSight's
retention and destruction management features are
dynamic and efficient. Records are compared against
policies during the destruction process. Policies may
include conditions that records must meet to qualify for
destruction (e.g., whether a contract is closed or an
audit is complete). Destruction may be deferred for
individual records or all records associated with a
class.

Press Releases
a
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: December 1, 2011
Information Network International (INI) is pleased to announce its provisioning
of Records and Information Management Services to clients regarding the
documentation of pipeline integrity testing. During the past year, the Pipeline
and Hazardous Material Safety Administration, (PHMSA) a division of the U.S.
Department of Transportation; has enacted regulations and standards mandating
corporate documentation of the safe and secure movement of hazardous materials
to industry and consumers by all modes of transportation, including pipelines.
INI provides its pipeline customers with proactive data management services that
document and systematically manage their pipeline integrity tracking information
that has been stored in digital formats, microform filing formats, as well as
physical charts and reports. INI allows its customers to view “real time”
progress of the compliance process via a secured web connection using its
InSight EveryWhere Web Browser product. The customer is then able to provide
InSight generated reports of compliant documentation.
